FROM EAST OR SOUTH:

• Take I-64 West to Tidewater Drive (Exit 277A).
• Turn right on Thole Street.
• Follow Those St. about one mile.
• At the light, turn left on Granby Street.
• At the first light, turn right onto Kingsley Lane.
• Parking is on the left. OCFAR is on the right inside the main entrance to the hospital, at the Medical Mall (building 150).

FROM NORTH:

• Take I-64 East to Tidewater Drive (Exit 277B).
• At the bottom of the exit ramp, go through the light onto Thole St.
• Follow Those St. about one mile. At the light, turn left on Granby Street.
• At the first light, turn right onto Kingsley Lane.
• Parking is on the left. OCFAR is on the right inside the main entrance to the hospital, at the Medical Mall (building 150).
